Design & Engineering

In this phase, the propeller design is developed in full detail — from precise CAD geometry to CAM programming and material selection.
Every aspect of the blade is optimized for aerodynamic efficiency, structural strength, and manufacturability.
We ensure seamless integration into your drive system by considering hub interfaces, mounting options, and operational loads.
Our engineering process balances performance, durability, and cost efficiency, resulting in a design that is both technically refined and ready for production.
Depending on the project scope, we also prepare detailed documentation, manufacturing drawings, and data packages for CNC or composite production.

Molde & Manufacturing

We design and manufacture the propeller mold and all necessary tooling for the first propeller — with precision, durability, and repeatability in mind.
Every mold is engineered to maintain exact geometry and surface quality, ensuring that the aerodynamic design is accurately transferred into the physical part.
Depending on the production method, we use CNC-machined high-strength composite molds, optimized for dimensional stability and ease of handling.
Accessories such as alignment fixtures, and inserts are developed in parallel to guarantee smooth testing and assembly.
The result is a test-ready prototype that faithfully represents the final design — ready for validation in both static and dynamic conditions.

testing

Testing & Optimization

In this phase, we focus on validating and optimizing the propeller under real operating conditions.
The process is highly individual and tailored to each customer’s specific requirements.
The first step involves static balancing of the propeller.
For high-speed rotating systems, dynamic balancing can also be offer to ensure smooth, low-vibration, and safe operation.
Most of our customers then test their propeller directly on their aircraft or UAV to evaluate performance in the actual flight environment.
Static thrust measurements can be carried out on site and are assessed individually, depending on the test setup, measurement accuracy, and environmental influences.
For advanced and more precise analysis, we cooperate with Windguard, a specialized wind tunnel company offering comprehensive and customizable testing services.
Wind tunnel measurements provide not only accurate performance data but also valuable insights into aerodynamic fundamentals, oblique inflow behavior, and acoustic characteristics.
Together, we interpret the test results, compare them with simulation data, and refine the design until all criteria regarding performance, efficiency, noise, and vibration are met — achieving the perfect balance between innovation, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Production & Delivery

Once testing is complete, we take care of the manufacturing process – from single prototypes to full-scale series production.
All production steps are managed with the same precision and attention to detail that define the entire development process.
Depending on your requirements, we can produce individual pieces, small batches, or large series, using CNC machining, composite lay-up, or hybrid manufacturing methods.
Each propeller is manufactured under strict quality control to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and perfect balance.
We also handle finishing, documentation, measurements, and delivery, providing a complete, ready-to-install solution that meets both technical and operational demands.
